A Retreat in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

I am excited to collaborate with my friend and colleague, Sharoni Fixler, for a retreat in Puerto Vallarta, on the beautiful beach of the Mexican Pacific. The venue is just a 5-minute walk from the ocean.
Because it’s a small group, we’ll have time to explore creative ways of practicing with props. Each day will include meditation, pranayama, and asana, along with talks on yoga philosophy that link ideas directly to practice.
The retreat will be conducted in English; however, the small group setting allows us to accommodate Spanish speakers who don’t understand English and provide them with partial translation assistance.
This is an ideal combination of study, practice, and nature.
