Eyal is giving once a month, on Wednesday, a Zoom class (in English with Chinese translation)

Time: 18:00-20:00 Beijing time (12:00-14:00 Israel time).

The workshop is for students with at least 3 years of Iyengar Yoga practice.
Please have with you: sticky mat, 4-5 blankets, 2 bricks, 1 long belt, 1 regular belt, bolster and a chair.

*Please note that online teaching doesn’t allow for personal care of injuries and health issues. Registrants are expected to be able to handle their difficulties during the practice.
