Online Workshop 18-19 -July with Eyal Shifroni

Organized by South London Iyengar Yoga Center.

The workshop is intended for Iyengar Yoga practitioners with 2 years of continuous practice.

Times & Prices:

All times are BST (GMT+1) (London Time)

• Sat 18 July, 5-7pm – £22  /€25 / $28
• Sun 19 July, 12-2pm – £22 / €25 / $28
• Sun 19 July, 4-7pm – £32 / €35 / $39
• All three sessions – £70 / €80 / $89

You can register to 1 session, 2 sessions, or the entire 3 sessions (recommended).

Please have all the standard props with you (4-5 blankets or 2 blankets and a Sarvangasana platform, 2 belts, 2 bricks, bolster, chair).

Please adjust your Web camera such that your entire body is seen when you stand upright, and don’t have a light source behind you.

The Zoom invitations will be sent a few hours before each session.

For this workshop, Eyal will donate half of his income to the association of  Physicians for Human Rights.
