A Weekend in Freiburg, Germany

Eyal and Daniela will teach together a weekend in the cozy city of Freiburg!
The workshop will be conducted in English (with possible minor translations to German)

- Friday 18.30 – 20.30
- Sat. 10- 12 & 14-16.30
- Sun. 10-12.30
Theme
Kriya Yoga – the path of three components offered by Patanjali in Sutra II.1:
Tapas-Svadhaya- Isvarapranidhana (Disziplin, Selbststudium, Hingabe)
We’ll discuss these components and see how each asana should include all of them.
