I’m excited to return for the 4th time to iYoga and this time for a 4-day course. The course will survey important themes from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra and will show how can they be implemented in the practice of Asana and Pranayama.
We’ll start from the concept and structure of the Chitta and the universal affliction (Kleshas) that disturb the Chitta, and then study the tools that Patanjali gives us to transform our suffering and enjoy a more peaceful and happy life – namely, Kriya Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga.
Each day of the course has a theme from yoga philosophy and will run from 10.00-17.00 with time for a lunch break.
10 December 2022 – Citta
11 February 2023 – Kleshas and Vrttis
8 April 2023 – Kriya Yoga
9 April 2023 – Ashtanga Yoga
There will be a good mix of active āsana practice, philosophical discussions, and time for restoration and prānāyāma.
