In his workshops and online classes Eyal covers different aspects of Iyengar Yoga. Eyal sees the practice as a lab that enables one to study one's own body and mind. Hence the emphasizes on explorative and innovative approach to the practice.

The Five Elements in Practice – a Workshop with Eyal Shifroni in Wroclaw

On September, 2-4 (Friday to Sunday), Eyal will come back to teach another great workshop in Fabryka Energii Centrum Jogi Wrocław.
In this workshop, we will devote each session to one Element and learn how to improve the practice by attending to this Element. Practicing with the perspective of the Elements, enriches the practice and makes it more interesting and playful!
“The 5 ELEMENTS” of Yoga Practice
According to yoga, the material world (Prakriti) is composed of five gross Elements or Mahābhūtas: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space (or Ether).
In our practice the Elements are present in the following ways:
- Earth – solidity, grounding, stability, compactness
- Water – flow, softness, balance
- Fire – heat, dynamism, energy
- Air – movement, mobility, breath
- Space – extension, expansion, mental space.
